A proud Métis woman, Erin’s expertise in strategic planning and entrepreneurship drives Maskwa’s mission to create Métis-inspired, dehydrated meals using local, sustainable ingredients. Her commitment to reducing food waste and supporting Indigenous partnerships underscores her dedication to showcasing Canadian ingredients and sharing Métis culture while offering premium, eco-friendly products to the outdoor and eco-tourism market.​​​
